My girlfriend and I were there around the beginning of February. I had the stuffed shells and they were delicious. My girlfriend had the deep dish pizza with sausage and really liked it but thought it would be more like a Chicago style than what it was. It was kind of busy when we went but the serving staff was pleasant but could have used another hand or two. Definitely would recommend.

Great pizza and great service!!! We arrived right when the restaurant opened to have drinks before ordering food. Joe was an excellent server, gave us time to visit before ordering. Joe was great about anticipating drink refills, to-go boxes, asking if we wanted to keep the marinara sauce from our app for the pizza when he was clearing the app dishes. Such a thoughtful young man! I used to be a waitress so I really appreciate these things! We love the atmosphere too, except we were one of the first tables to arrive and we were seated right next to another table making us the only 2 tables in the spacious restaurant for quite awhile. It would have been nice to be placed a little farther apart. But so beautiful and clean and well maintained. The orchids throughout are amazing!! We will be back!

One of my favorite comfort spots, and Rosie, Joey and Wyatt are some of my favorite people to see when I go. They are always so friendly and helpful, and get me everything I need quickly and efficiently.And the food is always incredible.

Joe, our waiter was the best! He was a natural hit with the kids, bringing lots of laughs and smiles. He was funny, polite, efficient and enjoyable. Then to top the night off, he even brought a birthday treat with a candle for our daughter-in-law. Thanks for making our night extra fun Joe..😁

Luigi’s Pizza in Menasha, WI is one of those places you come across that reminds you why local spots, especially those family owned, can be so great. The food is excellent, pizza has perfectly cooked crust, generous toppings, and that classic, comforting flavor that keeps you coming back. Everything tastes fresh, you can tell is made with care, and done right.What really increased the experience though is the service I had this time around. Joe (tallish w/dark brown hair) was hands down one of the best servers. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing (as we know some servers can be). He makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit, checks in at just the right moments, and clearly cares about making sure you have a great time.Between the amazing food and Joe’s excellent service, Luigi’s Pizza was a great meal and wonderful experience. I highly recommend to anyone in the Menasha area or driving through looking for great Italian food and even better hospitality.

I just wanted to reach out to say thank you. We had dinner by you a few days ago and it was the best out to dinner experience we’ve had in such a long time! Our youngest child has ARFID. He does not eat much which means we usually just hand him a pack of crackers when we go out and he plays his iPad. Or we don’t out. We tried taking all our kids out for pizza by you on a whim and when I tell you he LOVED it, it’s such an understatement. My child, who hardly eats, was literally dancing in his chair eating piece after piece of cheese pizza until he had four pieces in his belly. My other two children loved their food as well and it was such a nice family evening! Service was great. The vibe was so calming which was exactly what we needed. Our youngest is already begging to return again 🙂 So thank you for giving us a safe space for our youngest and a place all our children enjoy!

Foodie Duane The Wisconsinite had the opportunity and pleasure to stop in here on 1-2-26 for his very first time. Definitely a great Experience and Visit. Top Notch Hospitality and Customer Service! The food was even better! Got the 10” Luigi’s Special It is Deep Dish. $19.95 plus tax! Bosco Sticks $7.95 plus tax! A great authentic Italian restaurant! Family owned and operated! Just moved here from Chicago, and have been looking for some good Pizza and found this gem. So far this is the closest pizza I can find here in Wisconsin that's close to Chicago pizza. Just ordered the Philly cheese steak Pizza , tradition crust with red sauce instead of Alfredo and it's sooo goood. Only complaint is the order of Calamari is tiny for almost 11 bucks.😐

Such amazing food and service! I went out with my daughter, we got the chicken parm and something off their secret menu (buffalo chicken salad)🫣😏 I also got the pomegranate mojito on their Christmas drink menu and it was to die for!!! We will definitely be back! Ask for serena when you dine in! She was the sweetest 😍

We love Luigis. Never left unsatisfied with any meal we ate. The staff is friendly and inviting. The owner goes around to the tables to greet you and ensure everything is to your liking and gets to know you so he remembers you the next time you dine.

Luigi’s Pizza is absolutely outstanding! They went above and beyond by allowing me to hold my team meeting there before they opened, and the service was nothing short of fantastic. The restaurant itself is spotless and beautifully set up — a perfect spot for both casual dining and small gatherings.Their cauliflower crust pizza is one of the best in town, and the unique pizza combinations are incredible. Pair that with one of their amazing old fashioneds, and you’ve got a perfect meal. Huge thanks to the team at Luigi’s for their hospitality — I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Want to start by saying, I never give reviews but I must because of the outstanding experience with Luigis. I hired Luigis to provide pizza for our son's rehearsal meal we held that would feed 40 at the Whiting boathouse in Menasha last weekend. I called a few times in the week leading up to the event to determine what to order and whether they could deliver on time and understand the process of payment. Every time I called, they were consistently friendly, they asked reciprocating questions to make sure they would be providing the best experience to us, they helped me assess the amount to order (great job with only 4 small containers of left overs) and they were not offended when I asked about whether their large football pizzas would get soggy in the middle. They understood the importance of me ensuring that we would get high quality/delicious product and have it delivered on time. We ordered four thin football pizzas with different toppings (all correct), one small thin cheese and one gluten free. It was delivered at the exact time I asked for it, by an attentive friendly delivery man. All HOT and ready to be eaten. Sierra called the next day to make sure we had an excellent experience and I could confidently say it was THE BEST! Luigis is a 5/5 pizza place...HIGHLY recommend for any party or just for yourself! First time ever eating here and it was fantastic! Loved the vibe, the food, and the service! Our server's name was Sierra and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely kind, caring, and attentive. Definitely coming back!!

I’ve been going to Luigi’s for years. Their pizzas are the best in town and all their other food I’ve tried is amazing as well. Even if you have to wait a little bit to get seated, it’s well worth it because the food and service is great. I’d recommend them to anyone!
