Normally we order for delivery. We love Rob, who makes sure our orders are always perfect and that they always come fast, fresh and hot. Serena usually answers the phone and calls us by name. Super service. If we change up an order, she calls right back to be sure. Can’t beat Luigi’s!!!

Went to try out Luigis Pizza & Pasta this past Saturday evening after reading the reviews. Although it had just opened for the day there were already several tables seated but still plenty of room for my friend and I and we were taken right to a table by the fireplace which wasn't lit at that time but was a little later. Our server brought us the menus and took our drink orders of Pepsi and root beer and an order of garlic bread and while we waited for her to return we checked out the menus. Luigis has a very comfy and warm interior. Our server brought our drinks and took our orders very quickly we decided as it was our first time here to try both there traditional and deep dish pizza my friend got a half sausage and half pepperoni traditional crust while I got a deep dish pepperoni after taking our orders our server brought us our garlic bread with some marinara on the side. The garlic bread loaf was very good with a good crust and very tasty butter and garlic topping and the marinara was excellent. We enjoyed our bread while enjoying the nice surroundings which as I said were warm and friendly there were a couple of tvs on that were on different channels one showing the football game and another with the news. Our pizza's came out in about 10 or 15 minutes and they were great looking. Now I will tell you the traditional crust was excellent plenty of cheese and Pepperoni and Sausage excellent pizza the deep was also very good plenty of cheese and Pepperoni however I will make one comment about the deep dish if you get it and I will be doing this myself the next time I go. Get it with more than just pepperoni while the edge crust was good it was a bit dry compared to some others I have had at other pizza places and I think that it needs more sauce and other toppings like onions and peppers whether it is green or red or banana peppers and if you like them mushrooms and black olives. But if you get it like I did with just pepperoni you will not get the full enjoyment of the deep dish. So load it up and tell them to add a little extra sauce and I think the deep dish will be perfect. This is not a knock on the deep dish it was very good just advice to anyone who orders it don't make my mistake. It was a great time with excellent service and great pizza.

Ordered thin crust pizza for delivery. Scheduled it for 5:30 and it arrived at EXACTLY 5:30. Friendly service and the ABSOLUTE BEST pizza in the Valley! My sister is visiting from Texas and said it’s the best pizza she has ever had. I’ve never had anything but amazing pizza from here!

The bar has some good beers on tap as well as a few wines and other drinks. The staff is always friendly and will stick around at your table to visit when they have time. The kitchen is usually very busy with take-out and delivery orders but wait time to eat-in is not bad. If you haven't eaten here you need to try it. We'll be back!

Was my first time there tonight, came in with the family. Customer service was excellent and the food tasted great! Will be back soon

The restaurant was very clean and looked very nice. The waitress we had was very accommodating and answered any questions we had (I do not remember her name). The food was the most disappointing part. To start, my wife had breadsticks and she loved them (I save myself for the pizza). We had a sausage and mushroom pizza and it was very bland. It wasn't bad pizza, it was just bland. The sauce could use some herbs and seasonings. I loved the atmosphere and would love to dine there again, maybe I'll try something different besides pizza?

By far this is the best delivery service I have had. I recently just had back surgery and ask them to call me before they got here. The woman that took my order was super sweet. The delivery driver called did call before he got here and he was super nice as well. Best food I have gotten.

Order a pizza to-go. It was just as I ordered and also not burned. It was a Friday night, they told me 40 minutes and it was 40 minutes. I appreciated that. Friendly helpful, And my husband finally liked a pizza made by a local business.
